To analyze, develop, document and implement business plans, budgets, and results measurements.
To allocate resources; review progress and make mid-course corrections to the business plan if needed.
To lead the organization by assisting the Director and staff with the implementation of the annual plans.
To manage the day to day operations of all departments including the Marketing, Administration, Logistics, IT and Accounting teams and ensure all employees and vendors are performing their job responsibilities satisfactorily .
To maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
To recruit new employees as and when required.
To ensure maintenance and accuracy of all records including documents, vendor contracts, communication notifications, inventory etc.

Educational Qualifications :
Prior work experience :
Must have an overall of 8 years with a minimum of five years of experience in business management, planning and strategy, personnel management and quality improvement.
